In celebration of World Mental Health Day on October 10, 2025, KJA Synergy Ultima Nobilus held a workplace training focused on mental well-being and healthy collaboration.
Celebrating a Healthy Mind and Bringing Generations Together on World Mental Health Day
World Mental Health Day became a meaningful moment for KJA Synergy Ultima Nobilus to pause, reflect, and take action. Through this training, the company reaffirmed its commitment to supporting employee mental health while strengthening relationships across generations in the workplace.
The session carried the theme “One Mind, Many Generations: Mental Health Across Generations From Boomers to Gen Z.” The theme emphasized the idea that despite generational differences, everyone shares the same need for psychological safety, understanding, and support. It also reflected the company’s ongoing effort to create an inclusive and healthy work environment where every employee feels valued.
The training was conducted in collaboration with the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Surabaya. KJA Synergy Ultima Nobilus invited Dr. Elly Yuliandari G., M.Si., a Clinical Psychologist and lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Surabaya, as the main speaker. Drawing from her professional experience, Dr. Elly delivered insights that were practical, relatable, and closely connected to everyday workplace challenges.

Cross-Generational Interaction
Employees from various divisions and age groups took part in the training. From the start, the atmosphere felt open and engaging. Participants actively joined discussions and shared their experiences working with colleagues from different generations.
Differences in perspectives, communication styles, and work approaches emerged through open discussions. Participants viewed these differences as opportunities to strengthen teamwork rather than barriers. The session encouraged employees to practice empathy, communicate more effectively, and build mutual respect to support healthier collaboration.
Self-Reflection to Build Positive Energy
One of the most anticipated sessions was the personality assessment led directly by Dr. Elly. Through this activity, employees gained deeper insight into their personal traits, behavioral patterns, and responses to stress and change.
The results helped employees better understand their strengths and identify areas for growth. On a broader level, the assessment also provided the company with a clearer picture of its workforce profile. This insight will support the development of more targeted and sustainable human resource strategies in the future.

A Healthy and Balanced Work Environment
Through this activity, KJA Synergy Ultima Nobilus hopes employees become more aware of the importance of maintaining mental health.
