  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management

  • 3–5 years finance experience (supervisory preferred)

  • Proficient in AR/AP management

  • Strong knowledge of cash flow management (inflow, outflow, and timing)

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
