The company continues to adapt to technological advancements to support employee productivity. To support this effort, the company held the MySynergy Implementation Session over three days, from Wednesday to Friday, 25–27 February 2026.

The company conducted the sessions from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and grouped all internal employees into three batches. Agung, Matthew, and Tamara led the socialisation using a practical approach that aligned with current workplace needs. They not only explained the platform but also helped participants gain a clear understanding of how to use MySynergy in their daily work.

MySynergy Simplifies Workflows

Synergy designed MySynergy as an internal platform to support employees’ daily work activities. It helps employees organise tasks, track progress, and improve coordination across teams within one integrated system.

During the sessions, the speakers introduced MySynergy’s key features, including task management and work reporting. In addition, the platform allows employees to monitor every task in real time through its tracking system. With a more structured system in place, employees can carry out work processes more efficiently without relying on manual methods.
