Growing with Future Talent. Synergy participated in the Ubaya Career Festival held by the University of Surabaya on September 11–12, 2024. The event brought together students, alumni, and companies, creating a space for career exploration and engagement. Through this event, Synergy aimed to introduce job openings and internship opportunities aligned with current industry trends.

Moreover, the festival allowed participants to interact directly with professionals and gain insights into workplace culture and career growth. We were pleased to be part of this meaningful initiative and looked forward to supporting young professionals on their journey.

Throughout the two-day festival, Synergy welcomed many enthusiastic visitors at our booth. Most came from the University of Surabaya, including current students and recent graduates who actively sought new opportunities.

During the event, we shared detailed information about open roles at Synergy and how young professionals could grow within our organization. We also introduced our internship programs, which offered hands-on experience through real projects and day-to-day business operations.
