Synergy at Airlangga University’s ACESFA 2024: Supporting Future Talent Through Career and Internship Opportunities

Airlangga University’s ACESFA. On September 24–25, 2024, Synergy proudly participated in the Airlangga Career, Entrepreneurship, and Scholarship Fair (ACESFA) at the Airlangga University Convention Center (UACC) in Surabaya. This annual event, hosted by Airlangga University. Brings together companies, educational institutions, and scholarship providers to connect with thousands of students and recent graduates.

Synergy joined the event by offering job vacancies and internship opportunities in the fields of accounting, taxation, business consulting, and more. Our participation reflects our long-term commitment to talent development and professional growth for young Indonesians.

Creating Real Opportunities for Students and Graduates at Airlangga University’s Career

Throughout the two-day fair, Synergy enthusiastically welcomed hundreds of visitors to our interactive and informative booth. To support the event’s purpose, our recruitment and HR teams were present to share career insights and company culture. In particular, we highlighted what it was like to work in a dynamic, client-focused, and collaborative environment. Moreover, we provided on-the-spot consultations, resume tips, and guidance for students seeking their first professional experience.
At the same time, we shared detailed information about internship openings and full-time career opportunities available at Synergy. For several years, Synergy’s internship program had served as a valuable stepping stone for many aspiring professionals. Through this program, participants gained hands-on exposure to projects, client work, and real business challenges. As a result, they developed practical skills, improved confidence, and became more prepared for their long-term career paths.
In addition, they received direct mentorship from experienced team members who supported their professional and personal growth. Consequently, many interns successfully transitioned into full-time roles and continued growing within the organization.

Through Synergy in Airlangga University’s ACESFA, we aimed to successfully bridge education and real-world industry experience. As a result, they gained valuable insights into career preparation, workplace culture, and professional growth expectations.

In the same context, the event helped us interact directly with students from diverse academic and professional interests. Because of this, many became more familiar with our internship programs, job opportunities, and growth-focused learning environment. In addition, we provided practical advice on career readiness, resume building, and navigating job interviews with confidence. Not only that, we encouraged students to discover roles that matched their skills, passion, and long-term vision.
