A Fun-Filled Finale to SCoTH Independence Day

On August 31, 2024, Synergy hosted the second edition of Synergy Corporate Town Hall (SCoTH 2), bringing everyone together in celebration of Indonesia’s 79th Independence Day. Although the event was held at the end of the month. The patriotic spirit remained strong throughout the day.

The office space transformed into a festive scene, decorated with red-and-white ornaments and banners. Employees arrived in outfits that embraced the colors of the Indonesian flag, radiating pride and energy from the very beginning. There was laughter, music, and plenty of smiles—setting the perfect tone for a meaningful and memorable day.

SCoTH Games That Got Everyone Moving

To create excitement and encourage team bonding, Synergy brought traditional games to life. From the sarong relay and balloon cup pass to the water balloon toss, “in and out,” and colored ball sifter, each game offered more than just fun—it called for teamwork, coordination, and a bit of strategy.

Participants were grouped into eight teams of ten. Creating an environment where cooperation mattered more than individual strength. Each win earned points, and the race to collect the highest score kept everyone on their toes. Even from the sidelines, teammates cheered with enthusiasm, boosting the energy of the event.

Togetherness Over Trophies

While three teams stood out as winners by the end of the games, the real victory lay in the spirit of unity. The event reminded everyone that celebrating independence also means appreciating one another, working together, and lifting each other up.

Many participants mentioned how the activities helped them reconnect—not just with colleagues they work with daily, but also with those from other departments. Through laughter and shared effort, the team spirit grew stronger.
