Taking CORETAX Learning to the Next Level

CORETAX. Building on the excitement from CEE: Insight & Update – CORETAX Part 1, Synergy successfully hosted CORETAX Part 2 on February 9, 2025, at The Southern Hotel. The event gathered professionals who were eager to take their understanding of CORETAX beyond theory and into real-world application. Unlike the first session, which introduced the basic concepts and background of the system, Part 2 focused entirely on hands-on experience. Participants were guided through detailed workflows and real-case simulations to help them gain a working understanding of the system.

Turning Theory into Action

Throughout the full-day program, participants were not only encouraged to listen but also to explore and practice. Right from the start, they were invited to try each CORETAX feature on their own. As a result, many said they could better understand how the system actually worked in day-to-day scenarios. The learning environment struck a good balance—relaxed but focused. Facilitators presented materials in a clear, concise, and structured way, making even the technical aspects easy to grasp. Because of this, many participants walked away feeling more confident in their ability to operate CORETAX, even in complex or unfamiliar situations. Some even shared that they planned to apply what they learned immediately back at their workplace.

For that reason, Synergy has remained committed to delivering relevant, up-to-date training that empowers professionals at all levels—especially those new to the field. Moreover, this second session proved that learning tax technology doesn’t have to be intimidating. When designed the right way, it can actually be engaging, useful, and highly impactful. In fact, many participants voiced their hope for future sessions, saying regular exposure to updated systems would help them stay aligned with new regulations.
