Good Communication Good Ethics Great Results
Good communication and good ethics lay the foundation for meaningful teamwork and a positive work environment. Effective communication and ethics form the core of strong and professional teamwork. As part of its commitment to employee development, Synergy held an internal training session titled Basic Communication & Ethics.
This program took place on October 18, 2023, and aimed to enhance essential communication skills, particularly for employees who work closely with clients. The ethics session was delivered by Synergy’s Chief Executive Officer, Susan Sutedjo.
The training offered valuable insights not only for consultants but for all employees who communicate daily in their roles. From the beginning, participants were encouraged to understand that good communication involves not just what is said, but how it is received and interpreted.
It Starts with a Conversation, Good communication and good ethics
Throughout the session, employees learned the basics of effective communication. The facilitator emphasized elements such as tone, body language, and word choice, while also highlighting the importance of empathy and emotional awareness. Communication was framed not just as speaking clearly, but also as listening actively and building mutual trust.
Additionally, the session explored how to improve day-to-day interactions among colleagues. Participants practiced expressing opinions clearly without offending others, maintaining a respectful and professional tone in every conversation.
It’s Not Just Talking It’s Talking with Ethics
Another essential topic was ethics in workplace communication. In a diverse environment, professionalism requires politeness, openness, and mutual respect. The training taught participants how to prevent unnecessary conflicts and foster a supportive, collaborative atmosphere.

Although the training lasted just a few hours, many attendees left feeling empowered and more confident. The open, discussion-driven format created a safe space for learning and reflection. Several participants even shared that they applied the techniques immediately after the session.
Synergy reaffirmed its belief that strong communication habits support a healthy work culture. This training wasn’t just about improving performance—it also reinforced trust, unity, and a sense of belonging across the team. After all, great client service starts with meaningful communication inside the company.
