At KJA PT Synergy Ultima Nobilus, we view our internship program as key part of our long-term plan of our talent development. We offer two internship periods each year, prioritizing currently enrolled students from various universities:
Batch 1: January – June
Batch 2: July – December
This program helps students deepen their knowledge in accounting, tax, and management. With the real tasks, teamwork, and dedicated guidance from our experienced professionals, interns gain valuable hands-on experience that prepares them for the workplace.

At Synergy, we don’t see interns as ‘extra resources’ -we value them as future team members. During their internship period, they still can contribute meaningfully—and we are fully dedicate to support their growth.
Many of our interns have demonstrated potential during the program. Upon completion, some of them have transitioned into full-time employees. Their early experience helps them seamlessly integrate into the professional world.
