Synergy Corporate Town Hall 2025 – 33rd and Beyond : Igniting NextGen of Synergy

Synergy Corporate Town Hall 2025 or SCoTH 2025 took place on 29 November 2025. The event was held at DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton Surabaya. All Synergy employees attended this annual internal gathering. SCoTH functions as a platform for sharing company updates and internal alignment. Doorprize Activities

SCoTH 2025 included doorprize sessions across several categories. The Isukers category rewarded five employees who arrived earliest. Two employees received awards for Best Dresscode. Three employees won prizes for Best Instagram Story submissions. The Secret Seat Surprise category added interaction to the event. Each participant seat had a numbered label prepared earlier. The numbers were drawn using a spin wheel system. Five employees were selected through this category. Doorprize sessions ran smoothly between agenda segments.
