Understanding Ourselves Through Psychosocial Development became the theme of a Sharing Knowledge session held by KJA Synergy Ultima Nobilus on Friday, September 12, 2025. The session was based on the Psychosocial Development theory introduced by Erik Erikson.
Understanding the Psychosocial Journey More Closely
This activity aimed to broaden employees’ understanding of the stages of human psychosocial development. These stages often relate closely to both personal life and professional experience. The material explored psychosocial development from early childhood through adulthood. Each stage presents challenges and values that shape an individual’s personality. This understanding helps employees connect life experiences with workplace behavior.
A Space for Employee Reflection
Through this session, participants revisited each stage of psychosocial development from childhood to adulthood. In this process, the approach of understanding ourselves through Psychosocial Development helped participants reflect on personal values and challenges. At the same time, participants learned how these experiences shape interaction with their environment.
