Getting to Know Ourselves Better: “Who Am I? Part 2”

Due to strong interest from employees, Synergy proudly held the “Who Am I? Part 2” training on March 2, 2023. This session followed the success of its previous edition and aimed to take self-awareness to a deeper level. Moreover, the program gave employees a fresh opportunity to reflect on their personal strengths and behavior styles.

Exploring Personality Through Practical Tools with Who Am I Part 2

Throughout the session, participants took part in a series of engaging self-discovery activities. To begin with, they introduced themselves in unique and personal ways. Then, they completed several psychological assessments, including DISC, VAK, Left-Right Brain Dominance, and Love Language tests.

These tools offered insight into how employees process information, handle emotions, and communicate with others. As a result, many participants felt more confident about recognizing their own working styles and preferences. Additionally, the training encouraged everyone to respect and appreciate differences within the team.

Stronger Collaboration Through Self-Awareness

In addition to understanding themselves better, employees also discovered how their traits impacted team dynamics. For instance, they learned how communication styles could either support or challenge team effectiveness. Because of this, many left the training with practical ideas on how to improve collaboration in the workplace.

Furthermore, the session emphasized the importance of empathy and openness in team settings. With this new awareness, participants were better equipped to engage with others, resolve conflict, and build trust.

Investing in Growth and Team Harmony

All in all, “Who Am I? Part 2” was more than just a training session. It was a step toward nurturing emotional intelligence, encouraging reflection, and strengthening team harmony at Synergy. Therefore, we look forward to offering more meaningful sessions that support both personal growth and professional development.

This training session also encouraged casual conversations among teammates, turning self-discovery into a relaxed and shared experience that helped them better understand each other’s personalities, preferences, and working styles.
