1. 1. Inventory Taking & Cut Off, Trade Receivables and Accounts Payable
   Implementation of supervision of inventory taking activities, trade receivables and accounts payable carried out by clients so that they can run efficiently and effectively. The inventory figure obtained as a result of inventory taking, trade receivables and accounts payable will be used as the cut-off value to determine the value of inventories, trade receivables and accounts payable at the beginning of the period. Thus, the inventory value, trade receivables and trade payables at the beginning of the period can be used validly in the preparation of financial statements.
   2. Supervision of Cash Disbursement & Receipt
   Supervision of the activities of receiving and disbursing cash from clients. Supervision is carried out to ensure cash receipts and disbursements can be proven validly based on existing transaction documents and can be accounted for to the client’s stakeholders.
   3. Business Entity Operational Supervision
   Providing evaluation services on business processes of business entities in order to detect activities of business entities that are less effective and inefficient, so that systems and business operational procedures can be implemented in a structured and systematic manner in accordance with the goals and strategies of the business entity.
   4. Factual Findings Report (example: Accounts Payable Report, Accounts Receivable Report)
   Evaluation of the business entity’s business processes in order to detect ineffective and inefficient activities and business processes of the business entity. An evaluation and validation report on the factual findings above is then made a special report, to be further discussed with management so that corrective and preventive actions are taken in accordance with the final results of the discussion agreement.
