Lead and manage the overall financial reporting process for IPO, including prospectus preparation, coordination with auditors and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with capital market regulations as well as timely completion of all reporting stages.
Keterampilan Khusus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 5–10 years of experience in accounting/finance, with IPO experience
- Experience in public companies or IPO projects
- Strong understanding of PSAK/IFRS and capital market regulations
- Proven experience in team leadership and project management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments
