  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and quick to learn project management tools such as Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent time management and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with good written English proficiency.

Manage and monitor project timelines, progress, and documentation to ensure projects are delivered on schedule. Prepare project reports, maintain accurate project records, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and proactively identify and escalate potential issues to support successful project execution.
